Bureaucratic reform carried out by the government aims to improve the quality of public services in response to society's demand for more efficient, transparent, and responsive services. As part of this reform, steps have been taken to overhaul the structure and workflow processes in government agencies to be more adaptive and focused. In this context, data collection and analysis are crucial in evaluating organizational performance, including at the district level. However, behind the urgency of workload analysis, there are often real challenges that hinder the process of filling supporting data for ABK. These challenges include the complexity of data collection processes, lack of knowledge and skills, and rapid policy or procedural changes. Therefore, a deep understanding of these challenges is important in designing effective strategies to overcome obstacles in filling supporting data for ABK. Every step in the administration of government must be based on solid and comprehensive legal foundations. Article 56 Paragraph 1 of the 2014 Constitution on State Civil Apparatus regulates the obligation of every government agency to prepare the needs of employee positions based on job analysis and workload analysis. The implementation of comprehensive job analysis and workload analysis is not only a legal obligation but also a crucial step in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of government agency performance. The mentoring of ABK filling aims to ensure that the supporting data entered in Dukuh Pakis Sub-district is accurate, complete, and relevant for analysis and planning purposes in the following years. This is done by providing assistance and guidance to officers responsible for filling ABK supporting data so that they can deeply understand the importance of the data entered and the correct filling process.
