In addition, the program helps parents to develop more effective parenting patterns with a better understanding in dealing with daily challenges. The East Java Province Social Service agency can be used as an internship place for students of the Public Administration Study Program. The reason for implementing it at the East Java Province Social Service agency is that there is an opening for student internships, so they can apply or apply the knowledge they have gained while studying for community service. , can prepare oneself to face competition and challenges in dealing with problems that arise in the world of work. The methods used in implementing internships include planning, implementation, observation, and internship reports/outputs. During the 40 working day internship at the East Java Provincial Social Service office, the author gained many new experiences such as new relationships, new knowledge gained, application of knowledge in the realm of community service, was able to understand the profession being undertaken during the internship, because he was taught to work with individuals or groups to complete a job. Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah salah satu contohnya. Kearsipan<br />yang efektif dan efisien sangat penting untuk menangani volume data yang terus meningkat. Kegiatan<br />magang yang dilakukan selama 3 bulan terhitung mulai tanggal 17 Juli 2023 s/d 8 September 2023. Di<br />hari Senin s.d Kamis dimulai pada pukul 08.00 s.d 16.00. Dan untuk hari jum’at dimulai pukul 07.00 s.d<br />16.00. penulis sangat tertarik untuk belajar lebih banyak tentang manajemen dokumen dan kearsipan.<br />Penulis mengalami banyak pengalaman berharga selama masa magangnya. Berikut adalah beberapa<br />hasil magangnya: 1. Memahami Pentingnya Kearsipan : penulis menyadari betapa pentingnya memiliki<br />sistem kearsipan dalam intansi. 2. Organisasi Dokumen: penulis belajar mengorganisasikan dokumen<br />dengan baik. 3. Penggunaan Sistem Kearsipan Elektronik: penulis juga belajar tentang cara<br />menggunakan sistem kearsipan elektronik. 4. In Indonesia, Law No. 25 of 2009 concerning public services is intended to provide legal certainty in the relationship between the community and organizers of public services. The aim of this service is to provide student learning outcomes based on direct observations from the community or public. Qualitative methods such as research are descriptive and tend to use analysis. Process and meaning are more emphasized in qualitative research. The theoretical basis is used as a guide so that the research focus is in accordance with the facts in the field and can make it easier for students to provide conclusions. The scope of use of student material in the Public Administration study program is by analyzing the realities and theories that exist in society, whether private companies or government agencies. It was found that students aim to produce the nation's next generation, especially experts in the field of governance, to make future policies and services more realistic based on community needs. This service assistance uses a descriptive method approach, with the results of observations, interviews, and using case study research methods. The data and information used is primary data obtained through searching related interview literature by sources at PT PAL INDONESIA. A case study was conducted to analyze the Non-Production &amp; Investment Procurement process at PT PAL INDONESIA. The data collected will be analyzed descriptively to identify the challenges faced and formulate appropriate strategies. Based on the results of mentoring training activities carried out by practitioners at PT PAL INDONESIA, practitioners concluded that Non-Production &amp; Investment Procurement is an important process in the administration and management of various organizations in a company. The aim of this research is to implement the Kalimasada program optimally and to improve the quality of population administration management services and so that the public can be more orderly and aware of their population administration documents. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. By using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. This is research carried out in Kebonsari Village, especially in the RW 02 area with several other pilot RTs. The conclusion from the results of the service shows that many people are not orderly and aware of population registration documents, this is because residents are not aware that there are services at their respective RW Halls which have been provided with facilities so they can process population documents close to home. Dengan tuntutan tersebut, PT KAI membuat sebuah inovasi baru, yakni fasilitas Face Recognition Boarding Gate guna meningkatkan efisiensi ketika boarding. Adapun tujuan pelaksanaan magang ini untuk memenuhi salah satu mata kuliah wajib di Jurusan Administrasi Negara, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya dan dapat membantu pegawai boarding FR untuk melakukan registrasi Face Recognition kepada penumpang kereta. Kegiatan magang ini dilaksanakan selama 40 hari kerja, terhitung sejak tanggal 31 Juli – 22 September 2023. Metode pelaksanaan berupa penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Penelitian ini berfokus pada indikator menurut Taufik (2010) yang menjelaskan bahwa terdapat 3 indikator dari face recognition, yaitu praktis, akurat, dan sekuritas tinggi. Diantara ketiga indikator tersebut, pelaksanaan Face Recognition dikatakan praktis dan akurat, serta tidak dikategorikan pada sekuritas tinggi. Kesimpulannya bahwa pelayanan pada bidang jasa di Stasiun Surabaya Pasarturi telah menerapkan prinsip pelayanan publik yang memberlakukan boarding dengan menggunakan Face Recognition, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pelayanan boarding. Bapenda has an important role in regional financial management. Archives have a role as a source of authentic, complete and trustworthy information. This is why every organization or institution needs to provide dynamic archives that can meet the needs of archive users and also maintain their security. Based on the research results, several problems were identified, including: (1) there was no archive retention schedule, resulting in a buildup of archives. (2) Some archives were damaged due to lack of maintenance.
