Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangai oleh kebutuhan masyarakat dan layanan administrrasi kependudukan yang lebih cepat, efisien, dan berbasis teknologi digital. Kegiatan ini melibatkan serangakaian kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi IKD dan melakukan pendampingan bagi warga dalam mengakses dan memanfaatkan fitur aplikasi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini metode kualitatif. Metode ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan penggalaman masyarakat tentang penggunaan alat teknologi. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer yang didapat secara langsung pada lapangan secara observasi lapangan, sementara data sekuder didapat dari referensi lain. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa Masyarakat Kecamatan Sukolilo sangat antusias dan mampu menggunakan aplikasi IKD,meskipun masih ada beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi seperti, keterbatasan internet dan kemampuan penggunaan alat teknologi digital (handphone). Dengan demikian, penerapan aplikasi IKD dapat menjadi Solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. This mentoring program involves the implementation of various modern management strategies, staff training, as well as the application of information technology to optimize work processes. The main focus of this assistance is on increasing human resource capacity, improving work procedures, and developing an integrated management information system. The expected result of this program is the creation of a more productive, transparent and accountable work environment, so that it can support the implementation of the duties and functions of the Regional Secretariat in serving the community and supporting regional government policies. This job fair program is carried out offline and online. This study uses the theory of effectiveness using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the job fair program has been proven to be able to reduce the open unemployment rate (TPT) in East Java Province. This has been explained in the BPS of East Java Province which has decreased by 0.59% from last year, in addition, this job fair program can connect job seekers and companies and also as a forum to increase public awareness about the importance of certain skills needed by companies and in the world of work. This initiative aims to optimize the use of Canva as a creative design tool, particularly for creating social media banners. The utilization of Canva as a publication medium at BBPMP East Java has provided ease and efficiency in producing visual communication materials. Canva, a web-based graphic design application, enables users to create appealing, professional, and easily accessible publication content, even without advanced design skills. The results of this initiative demonstrate that Canva facilitates more efficient and attractive design creation while supporting the visual communication goals of BBPMP East Java. The main goal of implementing this website-based service is to enhance service efficiency, simplify visitor access to ticket purchases, and improve the quality of tourism services at Kenjeran Beach. The system is expected to reduce queues at physical ticket counters, provide transparency in ticket management, and enhance the overall tourism experience. To thoroughly analyze the optimization of online ticketing services, this study uses the public policy implementation theory by Merilee S. Grindle (1980). Grindle outlines six variables that influence the success or failure of policy implementation, namely policy standards and objectives, resources, inter-organizational relations, characteristics of implementing agents, economic, social, and political environmental conditions, and the disposition of implementers. However, government organizations often face difficulties in obtaining funds to carry out their programs. Therefore, the East Java Provincial Government, through the People's Welfare Bureau of the Provincial Secretariat, provides grants to support the activities of community organizations. Grants are gifts in the form of money, goods or services provided by the government or regional government with a specific purpose. From the Home Affairs Regulation No. 23/2011, it is explained that the local government not only acts as a distributor of grant funds, but also as a driver of sustainable social development in East Java Province. In providing grants and social assistance, the government pays attention to the principles of equity, compliance, rationality, transparency, accountability, and benefit to the community. The evaluation of the subsidy program provided by the East Java Provincial Government through the People's Welfare Bureau includes an analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of the program implementation. The evaluation may include measuring the achievement of goals and objectives set in the Grant Assistance Program, as well as identifying successes and obstacles in its implementation. The strategic plan allows for the evaluation of overall government performance using predetermined performance indicators. Recruitment is conducted openly through two categories: existing participants (supervisors who have previously served) and new applicants. The recruitment stages include socialization, registration, administrative screening, written tests, and evaluation. The main challenges faced are finding candidates with adequate competence, high integrity, and ensuring gender representation, especially the underrepresentation of women. This transparent and tiered selection process aims to ensure that the selected Panwascam possess the necessary qualifications and integrity. Aplikasi e-surat merupakan transformasi surat dalam bentuk digital yang diciptakan untuk merespon informasi yang masuk atau keluar . Dengan adanya sistem e-surat ini memudahkan dalam surat meyurat, sehingga seorang pejabata bisa memberikan respon yang cepat. Sekretariat Kecamatan Sukolilo menerapkan sistem e-surat karena adanya beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi, misalnya e-Surat dibuat berawal dari penemuan dokumen palsu, serta boros kertas, waktu dan biaya, maka Sekretariat Permasalahan yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana prosedur pengelolaan surat dengan aplikasi (e-surat) Sekretariat Kecamatan Sukolilo, apakah penerapan e-surat sudah efektif, kendala apa yang dihadapi saat pengoperasian e-surat, serta solusi apa yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi. Objek kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah Sekretariat Kecamatan Sukolilo . Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penyusunan Laporan Magang adalah metode observasi, dan wawancara. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis bahwa Penerapan e-surat sebagai aplikasi kegiatan surat menyurat sudah baik dan cukup efektif. Tingkat efektifitas tersebut dapat dilihat dari kecepatan, keamanan, dan kinerja pegawai. Meskipun dirasa sudah cukup efektif, namun masih dijumpai kendala pada penerapan e-surat dalam kegiatan surat menyurat sehari-hari. Untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi pihak instansi telah mengupayakan beberapa solusi untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian adalah penerapan e-surat di Sekretariat Daerah Kecamatan Sukolilo sudah cukup efektif. This policy was driven by the high mortality rate of election officials during the 2019 elections, where 108 officers died due to various health conditions. For the 2024 elections, Bawaslu Surabaya, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, ensures that selected Panwascam candidates possess adequate physical and mental readiness. Health examinations are a key administrative requirement, supported by technology in the form of a health monitoring application. Students involved in this community service activity evaluated this health policy based on William N. Dunn's policy evaluation theory. The evaluation revealed that the policy effectively screened candidates with suitable health conditions, thereby enhancing the quality of election supervision. The involvement of key stakeholders, such as Bawaslu and the Ministry of Health, is crucial to the success of this policy. The Digital Population Identity Service and KTP recording carried out by the Mojokerto City Population and Civil Registration Department are running quite well. It's just that the ease of obtaining population services is still felt to be less efficient, especially for residents of Mojokerto City who are students aged 17 years and over. This is because students have limited time to obtain population services. Therefore, the Mojokerto City Dispendukcapil held a pick-up activity for Digital Population Identity services and KTP recording. This program targets students from Mojokerto City aged at least 16 years and 8 months. The aim of the pick-up program for Digital Population Identity services and KTP recording is to make it easier for students living in Mojokerto City to obtain population services, especially KTPs and Digital Population Identity. This pick-up activity not only increases the efficiency of population administration, but is an effort to optimize the registration of potential voters for the 2024 Pilkada. This can also support the participation of first-time voters in the 2024 Pilkada. Through a direct approach in schools, the Mojokerto City Population and Civil Registration Department can increase the number of voters who Register and speed up the process of registering KTP-El, in order to realize participatory elections. Tugas utamanya meliputi pengelolaan administrasi surat menyurat, baik surat masuk maupun keluar, serta penyimpanan dokumen-dokumen penting perusahaan. Di PDAM Surya Sembada, Sekretaris Perusahaan juga membantu dalam pengelolaan dokumentasi legal dan administrasi yang diperlukan untuk mendukung akuntabilitas dan transparansi perusahaan. Kantor PDAM Surya Sembada berada di Jl. Mayjend. Prof. Dr. Moestopo No, 2 Pacar Keling, Tambaksari, Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis secara kualitataif deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Evaluasi Sistem Administrasi Surat Masuk dan Keluar di Sekretariat Perusahaan PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. Distribusi Air Minum di PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya. PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya sebagai perusahaan penyedia air minum bagi masyarakat Kota Surabaya memiliki peran penting dalam menjamin ketersediaan air bersih dan layak konsumsi. Dalam menjalankan operasionalnya, PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya memerlukan sistem administrasi yang efektif dan efisien, termasuk dalam pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar. Sistem administrasi surat yang baik merupakan kunci untuk memastikan kelancaran komunikasi, tertib administrasi, dan akuntabilitas perusahaan.
