Abstract

Effective and efficient implementation of public services is one of the important factors in improving the quality of life of the community. However, in practice there are still challenges in monitoring and evaluating the performance of public service delivery within the Surabaya City Government. The Surabaya City Regional Secretariat Organization Section is one of the partners in the Ministry of Education and Culture program, namely Certified Internship or known as MSIB. In this article, the author contributes directly to the activities of the PEKPPP carried out by the Organizational Section placed in the Social Service and the Fire and Rescue Service. This study uses a collaborative method involving various parties that aims to make it easier to obtain supporting data and various information needed during the implementation of PEKPPP by MSIB 6 students in the Organization Section. This research is expected to contribute in improving the quality of public service delivery in Regional Apparatus Organizations in Surabaya.
