PT Inixindo Widya Utama is a technology company based in Surabaya, Indonesia. The company is dedicated to providing cutting-edge information technology solutions to clients in various industry sectors. With a focus on software development, networking, and related technology services, Inixindo Widya Utama aims to enhance operational efficiency and business productivity for its clients. This internship report analyzes public services related to handling customer training in the field of Information Technology (IT) at PT Inixindo Widya Utama Surabaya. Through direct observation and research in the field, various aspects of customer training in IT are evaluated, including process efficiency, responsiveness to customer needs, and the quality of services provided. The findings of this analysis provide deep insights into the company's public service performance in the context of technology development and implementation in Surabaya, as well as recommendations for improvement and future enhancement.
