OPTIMALISASI SOSIALISASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI SPP PAKAL KOTA SURABAYA PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR

This community service results from an internship at the Public Service Center (SPP) Pakal, Surabaya, from July 14 to September 8, 2025. Its aim was to apply Public Administration theory and provide real experience in public service and socialization. Methods included assisting Micro and Small Enterprises (UMK) in obtaining Business Identification Numbers (NIB) via the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, face-to-face service education, digital video content production, and data archiving. The results show a responsive and digital-friendly public service transformation, achieving expedited legal status for UMK, enhanced public understanding, and utilizing digital media for transparency. The internship successfully strengthened students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Recommendations include developing a WhatsApp hotline and interactive visual media for on-site service education.
