Abstract

Internships have become an important part of education, especially in the field of public administration. Through internships, public administration students can practice the theories they have learned in the real world. Community Service aims to create innovation and technology by commercializing research results and dealing with community problems through scientific research. The methods used in this research are the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The results showed that the use of content on Instagram by BBPMP Jatim was not optimal because the posting schedule was unstructured and uncertain. Therefore, this service activity is expected to help BBPMP Jatim in making a more organized and attractive weekly content plan for the followers.
