The increase in the global workforce during the era of globalization has risen significantly, making it crucial to pay attention to issues related to Indonesian migrant workers. Regarding the online system managed by the UPT (Service and Protection Unit for Workers) under the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of East Java Province, it is still not well understood by prospective workers, and the placement of workers remains slow. To address these issues, efforts are made to optimize the service facilities at the UPT Service and Protection Unit for Workers, Department of Manpower and Transmigration of East Java Province.This research employs a qualitative method, collecting data by sourcing and reconstructing from various materials such as books, journals, and existing research. The qualitative research is conducted with a design where the findings are derived from revealing phenomena in a holistic-contextual manner through data collection. Qualitative research is descriptive in nature and tends to use an inductive approach in its analysis, emphasizing the process and meaning based on the subject's perspective.The research findings highlight several problems, particularly the online system, which is not widely understood by prospective migrant workers, as well as the slow process of worker placement. To overcome these challenges, service facilities at the UPT Service and Protection Unit for Workers under the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of East Java Province must be optimized. Through this research, the online system run by the relevant agency is expected to facilitate prospective workers in accessing services related to the placement of Indonesian migrant workers. This is hoped to provide a positive contribution to the protection and welfare of migrant workers, while also strengthening Indonesia's position in the context of global workforce mobility.
