Abstract

The importance of building customer trust at Ikki Baby Spa Merr Surabaya through the implementation of effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). In the baby care service industry, where parental trust is crucial, SOP serve as a guide to ensure consistency in the delivery of safe, quality services and meet customer expectations. The study describes the various key elements in SOP, including service quality, hygiene, and safety standards set to ensure a comfortable environment for infants and parents. Continuous employee training, which not only improves service skills but also creates positive and friendly interactions. The aspect of transparency in communication and handling of customer feedback is a major highlight, where this approach can build a stronger and more trusting relationship between customers and Ikki Baby Spa service providers. Through the implementation of these strategies, Ikki Baby Spa can not only build and maintain customer trust, but also contribute to sustainable business growth. Thus, this article confirms that customer trust is an important foundation for long-term success in the baby care industry, and effective SOP are the primary means to achieve those goals,
