PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM “KALIMASADA” UNTUK PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI YANG OPTIMAL DI KELURAHAN MOROKREMBANGAN KOTA SURABAYA JAWA TIMUR

Surabaya City is one of the cities with administrative services that continues to look for ways so that all people can get services. In this case, the government came up with a service innovation program, namely the Adminduk Aware Community Environment Area (KALIMASADA) program. The purpose of the KALIMASADA program is to facilitate citizens in carrying out administrative processes as Indonesian citizens. This activity focuses on public service activities in optimizing the KALIMASADA program. This type of service uses a qualitative descriptive method. The stages in the implementation of the internship include observation, implementation, documentation and reports. the output in this activity is a community that is aware and orderly in administration. In conducting an optimal KALIMASADA program, the services are divided into three, namely at the Kelurahan Office, RW Hall and coming to each resident's house. From these services, it has been running well, but there are shortcomings such as lack of coordination between RW RT and residents, the area and population of Kelurahan Morokrembangan are very large and many, residents who do not understand KALIMASADA services make misunderstandings. Therefore, it is hoped that the Kelurahan can socialize related KALIMASADA services and from the RT and RW there is always coordination with residents. From this, it is hoped that there will be mutual cooperation for the KALIMASADA program to run effectively and efficiently.
