IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN (SIAK) DALAM PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN & PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO

Abstract

 This community service article aims to enhance the efficiency and quality of administrative services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bondowoso Regency through the utilization of the Population Administration Information System (SIAK). Through a participatory approach, students collaboratively implement SIAK to expedite various population administrative processes, including population data recording, document management, and issuance of population documents. Evaluation is conducted through service time measurement, user satisfaction, and process efficiency. The results of this student community service show a significant improvement in service efficiency and user satisfaction, as well as a reduction in processing time for administrative procedures. The utilization of SIAK is deemed a strategic step towards enhancing the standard of public service quality in Bondowoso Regency.
