PEMANTAUAN DAN EVALUASI KINERJA PELAYANAN PUBLIK OLEH BAGIAN ORGANISASI DI KECAMATAN SAWAHAN KOTA SURABAYA

Abstract

Competition in the world of work requires active students to seek opportunities to improve their qualifications and competitiveness. Students are expected not to focus on academic achievement, but also have practical experience through internships. Kemendikbudristek has facilitated students in the MSIB Internship program which can be a bridge for students to gain practical insights before graduating from college. The purpose of this certified internship is to find out the process of activities and development of student knowledge in accordance with their fields. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used in this research is in the form of primary data obtained from interviews with staff in Sawahan Subdistrict and direct observation in the field, while secondary data is collected from various sources. The method used in the implementation of this certified internship is through the planning, implementation, and reporting stages. From the results of the study, it was found that competency development that occurred during the internship process both increased knowledge and interpersonal skills.
