The Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Representative for East Java has the authority to handle public reports, carry out prevention and supervision. Maladministration refers to practices that deviate from good governance, including violations of the law, and non-compliance with the principles of good governance. The aim of this research is to find out how the Ombudsman monitors homecoming traffic services so that activities can run in an orderly, disciplined manner and reduce the number of traffic accidents. This research uses descriptive-qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation. The results show the findings that have been made by the Ombudsman team at Tanjung Perak Port, namely that the direction signs are not very complete, the disabled toilets are locked, there are no special officers, and there is a Decree from the Complaints Management Officer. However, in the health room there are five officers, consisting of doctors, nurses, online drivers, sanitarians and administrative officers. This supervision is important, especially since the number of travelers is increasing every year compared to previous years. If this increase is not accompanied by improvements in public services that are getting better, it will certainly cause problems. By monitoring the homecoming flow so that there are no negative impacts related to less than optimal public services.
