Abstract

Population Administration is becoming increasingly important because it is always in contact with every life activity in Indonesia. These include legislative elections, presidential elections, regional head elections, processing vehicle documents, land documents, and other activities. If we are going to live in an area, we must have a sign            domicile as proven by a Resident Identity Card. Based on the problems and solutions described, the implementation method for the activities to be carried out is to use research, observation, survey methods by looking at the conditions and performance systems of public services and administration, collecting primary and secondary data and conducting interviews in collecting data. Apart from that, the interview and observation methods are the basic reference for the internship activity method, which requires concrete and accurate data as a basis for writing internship reports. The result of community service is obtaining satisfactory results for the community regarding public services. The quality of service provided by the Nginden Jangkungan Subdistrict Office to residents is optimal. This also cannot be separated from the employees or staff of the Nginden Jangkungan Subdistrict Office who are very friendly and patient in serving residents. However, there is an inhibiting factor, namely that some employees are less able to divide their time in serving the community.
