Letters are a very important communication medium in an agency or company or other forms of organization, both for communicating with parties externally and internally. Every matter concerning official organizational activities is always expressed in the form of a letter. The Tuban district government office is a government agency tasked with carrying out government authority. In carrying out its duties, this office is involved in a lot of correspondence. The government and general departments handle the archiving of incoming and outgoing letters at the Tuban district government office. Often archives are difficult to find because there are so many archives that have existed for years. In carrying out this internship in the field of archives, the author uses three methods, namely observation (conducting socialization regarding the internship process), implementation (managing archival documents starting from inputting documents in the application , document arrangement), and output preparation (final report, activity video, service article). This internship activity was carried out at the East Java Province Maritime and Fisheries Service office.
