Abstract

ABSTRACT

Work discipline is something that an employee must have wherever he works. Because work discipline can also influence their performance in providing good services to the community. This is also what staff or employees at the Pengadilan Negeri Sidoarjo Kelas IA Khusus must have. Work discipline problems within the Pengadilan Negeri Sidoarjo Kelas IA Khusus are caused by several things such as impartiality and also problems with late attendance. The method used in writing this article is qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained are a puzzle with attendance problems and late attendance due to forgetting, rushing, living far away, and also system errors. The results of implementing reward and punishment have had quite a good impact on employees because they have been proven to be able to increase awareness of discipline at work.
