Abstract

The quality of service inherently affects public satisfaction and must be improved. Providing services to the community is the main responsibility of government administration. Public services have become a real benchmark for government performance. Because the quality of public services is the interest of many people, and the community is affected by every area that is successfully built, the community cannot directly assess the performance of its government based on the quality of public services it receives. This dedication uses a qualitative descriptive method by identifying problems with the case study method. The data collection techniques used are planning, observation, implementation, documentation, reports. The results of the discussion can be assessed based on the quality of service at the Marine and Fisheries Office, all services use the online web to access it.
