Abstract

The Kediri City Government Office is located on Jalan. Basuki Rahmat No. 15, Pocanan, District. Kota, Kediri City, East Java 64129. This agency has several service departments, one of which is DPM-PTSP (One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service). DPM-PTSP is a one-stop licensing service for individuals or business entities. The purpose of service is to provide an overview to students through the agency. This method uses qualitative service using interviews, observation and documentation. Therefore, students can find out about assistance with NIB creation services through OSS (Online Single Submission) accounts for both individuals and business entities. Processing a Business Identification Number is considered important for business actors, and is a "starting point" requirement for individual businesses (MSMEs, shops) or business entities (CV, PT, Foundation) in order to operate legally. The result of service to the institution is that students can clearly understand what they have learned in college and the world of work. For example, students can find out how to communicate well with applicants in the NIB creation process. And you can find out and learn how to provide good service at the DPM-PTSP agency. This is one of the Kediri City Government programs to make it easier for the public to process permits through the OSS website, which students can learn about good service in the internship program.
