The PUSPAGA (Family Learning Center) program is a government initiative that aims to educate and reduce problems within families in the city of Surabaya. This research aims to reduce the level of problems that occur in a family. The qualitative research method used is a case study with data collection through interviews with PUSPAGA program participants. This program has been running well and the community and RW administrators have participated in supporting this program.
