Abstract

The Gresik Regency Population and Civil Registration Service is the implementing agency and also organizes public services for the community. The Population and Civil Registration Service is also tasked with carrying out tasks related to processing population data, as well as providing population administration services to the population. This assistance uses a qualitative descriptive method by identifying problems using the case study method. The data collection techniques used are planning, implementation, observation and reporting. The results of the discussion can be assessed based on five dimensions which include reliability, assurance, physical evidence, empathy and responsiveness. The author concludes that work and services based on these five dimensions have been running well but are still not effective because there are several problems that the author found when providing assistance.
