Penerapan dan Mekanisme SOP Pengosongan Hunian Pada Rusunawa

Abstract

State Administration Study Program of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 in carrying out internships at the UPT Management and Settlement Services, Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Cipta Karya Office of East Java Province. The main focus of internship activities is direct involvement in the administrative, financial, maintenance processes of flats, as well as the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for vacating Rusunawa occupancy. Through this internship, students gain an understanding of the dynamics of managing rental housing for Low-Income Communities (MBR), starting from data collection of prospective residents, financial management of rent, to the process of enforcing rules through the SOP for vacating occupancy. The preparation of SOPs is carried out systematically to ensure order, justice, and minimize conflicts between managers and residents. The results of the internship show the importance of inter-stakeholder collaboration, administrative transparency, and adjusting SOPs to field conditions in order to create a safe and orderly residential environment. This internship is expected to add insight and readiness for students to face the world of work in the field of public administration, especially in the management of public housing.
