Internship activities at the East Java Provincial Office provide valuable opportunities for students to apply the theories they have learned in lectures into real practice. During the internship, students are given flexibility and trust to carry out tasks such as inputting asset and personnel data. The trust and responsibility given by the agency provide valuable practical experience, but there are several obstacles such as limited access to information and communication constraints that limit a comprehensive understanding of the administrative process. Nevertheless, this experience still provides important insights and relevant skills in the general and personnel sub-sections, preparing students to better face challenges in the world of work. This internship experience is expected to motivate students to continue learning and contribute positively to the administrative process
