OPTIMALISASI ADMINISTRASI PERPAJAKAN DESA MELALUI PELATIHAN CORETAX DI KABUAPTEN SIDOARJO

Abstract

Tax plays a vital role in financing national development down to the village level; however, many villages still face challenges in tax administration, both in regulatory compliance and technical execution. This activity aims to enhance the capacity of village officials in Sidoarjo Regency in managing tax administration through Coretax application training. The method used in this community service activity was interactive socialization and training involving all village treasurers from 318 villages in Sidoarjo Regency, conducted over three days at the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding and skills in operating the Coretax application, although challenges such as limited devices and internet access were still present in several villages. Participants demonstrated high enthusiasm during hands-on practice sessions and expressed the need for continued assistance to fully implement the application in their respective villages. In conclusion, the training effectively improved village tax administration in a digital-based system and should be followed by strengthening technological infrastructure and providing ongoing mentoring programs to optimize the comprehensive use of Coretax.
