PENGELOLAAN ARSIPARIS APBN BIDANG TANGKAP MENGGUNAKAN OLIGOS DI DINAS KELAUTAN DAN PERIKANAN PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR

Abstract

Effective and efficient archive management is a crucial aspect in supporting transparency and accountability in government administration. The East Java Provincial Maritime and Fisheries Service, especially the Capture Division, faces challenges in managing APBN archives which were previously carried out manually, making them prone to errors and delays in accessing information. To overcome these problems, the OLIGOS system is implemented as an archive digitization solution. This internship activity aims to understand and evaluate the implementation of OLIGOS in managing APBN archives in the Capture Division. The methods used include direct observation, document study, active participation in archiving operations, and interviews with relevant employees. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively to describe the process and effectiveness of the OLIGOS system. The results of this activity show that the use of OLIGOS increases efficiency in archive management, facilitates document searches, and strengthens data security through an integrated digital system. However, several obstacles were found, such as the lack of training for employees in operating the system and the limitations of supporting technological infrastructure. In conclusion, the implementation of OLIGOS has a positive impact on the management of APBN archives in the Capture Division of the East Java Province Maritime and Fisheries Service. To optimize the benefits of this system, it is recommended that there be continuous training for employees and adequate technological infrastructure improvements.
