Implementation of general cash book management in an agency or company that has an important role in creating good governance. Good governance must fulfill several elements, namely transparency, accountability, efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with rules. This student service aims to find out how the general cash book is managed in increasing the transparency of the publication budget and council documentation in the Mojokerto Regency DPRD. And the results of his dedication to budget publication and documentation for the council in the Mojokerto Regency DPRD have met the accountability criteria which can be seen from the clear general cash book reporting every month, but the general cash book report cannot be accessed. directly by the community so that in principle transparency cannot be said to be working well.
