PENDAMPINGAN PENGGUNAAN WEBSITE SISTEM AKUNTABILITAS KINERJA INSTANSI PEMERINTAH (SAKIP) PADA KECAMATAN GENTENG

Abstract

Effective and efficient public service providers are one of the important factors in improving the quality of life of the community. However, in practice there are still challenges in monitoring the performance of public service providers within the Surabaya City Government. The Surabava City Regional Secretariat Organization Section is one of the partners in the Ministry of Education and Culture program, namely Certified Internship or known as MSIB. In this article. The author contributes directly to SAKIP activities carried out by the Organization Section placed in Genteng District. In this study using a collaborative method involving various parties aimed at ensuring conformity between implementation and established procedures, the monitoring results become important input for the next process by MSIB 6 students in the Organization Section. This research is expected to contribute to improving the quality of public service implementation in Regional Apparatus Organizations in Surabaya.
