Abstract

ABK website (Workload Analysis) is a method used to calculate the workload of employees in a structured manner. The amendment of PAN & RAB Regulation No. 41 of 2022 concerning the Nomenclature of Acting Positions for Civil Servants within Government Agencies which was revoked and updated to PAN & RAB Regulation No. 45 of 2022 concerning Acting Positions of Civil Servants within Government Agencies., also has an impact on changes in ABK websites. This study looks at the problem at the stage of mismatch between employee needs and existing employees and adjustments to the classification of position names. The implementation of internship activities carried out by students is divided into several stages which include: participation stages and implementation stages. Before carrying out Certified Internship and Independent Study (MSIB) activities at partners and related agencies, namely the Surabaya City Regional Secretariat Organization Section, the author carried out the registration stage on the Merdeka Campus account. In the implementation of internship activities with an internship placement place, namely at the Surabaya City Environmental Office in the field of Position Analysis and Workload Analysis with the task of checking and verifying the uploaded supporting data is in accordance with the job description and ensuring the frequency, completion time, and unit results are appropriate.
