OPTIMALISASI PELAYANAN PENGURUSAN STATUS PERKAWINAN DI KARTU KELUARGA MELALUI WEBSITE KALIMASADA DI KELURAHAN KALIRUNGKUT

Abstract

Family card is a document consisting of a family card number, the name of the head of the family, a full home address from RT to the province, then a family member's full name, a nationality number, a place of birth, gender, religion, education, job type, blood group, status and date of marriage, status in family relations, citizenship, immigration documents, and parents' names. All components in the family are expected to always have updated data to guarantee the validity of the document. The purpose of dedication to the community in the internship program to help accelerate the service of occupation administration is included in the management of marriage documents not recorded in the family card. The materials used are the original family card and the original marriage certificate. The method of implementation used is by guarding in the RW Hall, picking the ball or door to door and with the system of approach the theory opinion leader by RW Chairman and RT Chair, as well as performing service in Kelurahan Kalirungkut. Out of 2070 unrecorded marriage status target data, 289 people have been updated. The internship with Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surabaya in Kelurahan Kalirungkut provides experience in the world of work and implementation of knowledge acquired at the college bench as well as has an impact on the community in assisting the administration of the occupation.
