ABSTRACT
The ongoing issue related to population administration is the lack of public awareness in managing
population administration and the slow process of document processing with numerous requirements,
leading to residents being reluctant to rectify their population documents. To enhance public services in the
field of Population Administration, the Population and Civil Registration Office (Dispendukcapil) of
Surabaya City has launched the latest innovation, officially inaugurated by the Mayor of Surabaya on
November 18, 2021, namely the KALIMASADA Program. This dedication aims to raise awareness among
the community in Kebraon Subdistrict about the importance of population administration through the
KALIMASADA program's jemput bola activities. The method used by the author to facilitate the internship
process in Kebraon Sub District includes four stages: preparation, work practice, documentation, and the
final report of dedication. The jemput bola activities to update marital status in the Family Card (KK)
through the KALIMASADA program in Kebraon Subdistrict show a significant difference in data before
and after the involvement of students in the activities.
