ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN PEMBUATAN SURAT REKOMENDASI PENELITIAN DI BADAN KESATUAN BANGSA DAN POLITIK PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR

Abstract

Public service can be defined as providing services to individuals or communities who have organizational needs in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. The Agency for National Unity and Politics is an element of government affairs in the field of national unity and domestic politics. The task of the Agency for National Unity and Politics of East Java Province is to carry out regional formulation and policies with special objectives, namely those related to politics and the nation. Apart from these main tasks, the National and Political Unity Agency also has a role in serving one of its tasks, namely in preparing letters of recommendation for research, theses, and also PKL. Arranging the recommendation letter above is a mandatory requirement for a researcher or student. The purpose of publishing this research letter is as a survey requirement for granting research permits by the regional government and also as a reference for researchers in obtaining research permits. The purpose of this article is to find out the service process at Bakesbangpol East Java Province. The results obtained are helping the community in the process of processing research recommendation letters and explaining the importance of processing these research letters to the community
