PENDAMPINGAN PENERIMAAN DAN PENGAMBILAN KLIEN PENYANDANG MASALAH KESEJAHTERAAN SOSIAL (PMKS) DI UPTD LIPONSOS KEPUTIH

Abstract

UPTD Liponsos Keputih is an agency within the Social Service which is engaged in providing social welfare services to psychotics, homeless people and beggars, street children and elderly prostitutes in Surabaya. . Therefore, people with social welfare problems (PMKS) need to be given guidance and empowerment, one of which is through education and decent living facilities so that they can get a better quality of life. As is known, the function of social services is to organize social welfare programs, including empowering homeless people, beggars and street children. In this case, social problems regarding homelessness and beggars, street children make UPTD Liponsos a tool to develop, serve and control the number of people with social welfare problems. This service uses a descriptive qualitative research method approach, with the results of observations, interviews and using case study research methods. A case study was conducted to analyze the service procedures for receiving and collecting PMKS at UPTD Liponsos. What is the process for receiving and collecting services? The data collected will be analyzed descriptively to identify the challenges faced and formulate appropriate strategies. Based on the results of internship observations that have been carried out by practitioners at UPTD Liponsos Keputih, it is a service for receiving and taking PMKS clients at UPTD Liponsos Keputih.
