Abstract

The District Office is one of the institutions that has a role in community services or is often called public services. The Sukolilo District Office always strives to provide population administration services to the community in accordance with Service Operational Standards. In order to improve the quality of service, therefore, a service system is needed so that it facilitates performance in providing services in Sukolilo District and improves the quality of service in the apparatus which is a computer or online system and makes data collection and archiving of citizen administrative data easier. The system used to serve a citizen's request consists of making a family card, making an E-KTP, and changing domicile. In carrying out this internship, the author carried out population administration (Population Administration) service activities (final report, activity video, service article). This internship activity was carried out at the Sukolilo District office, Surabaya.
