SERVICE ASSISTANCE AS A FACILITATOR OF PUSPAGA BALAI RW 06 KELURAHAN SIDODADI KOTA SURABAYA

The problem of violence against women and children is a persistent problem and an issue in society. Following up on Law Number 23 of 2014, Surabaya Mayor Tri Rismaharini inaugurated the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) on January 9, 2017 under the auspices of the Surabaya City Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection and Population Control and Family Planning, which is a one-stop family service based on children's rights carried out by professionals/psychologists. In the implementation of internship activities carried out by students, it is divided into several stages which include: the preparation stage and the implementation stage. Before being able to carry out Certified Independent Internship and Study (MSIB) activities at partners and related agencies, namely DP3APPKB, the author carries out the registration stage on the Merdeka Campus account. In carrying out internship activities at DP3APPKB Surabaya City, students are placed in the field of Puspaga Facilitators at RW Hall to carry out services to the community. The activities carried out by students in carrying out the Certified Independent Internship and Study (MSIB) program include assisting the implementation of Puspaga services at Balai RW 06 Sidodadi Village, which serves residents who voluntarily complain about their problems at the Puspaga Balai RW. The implementation of services as a Family Learning Center Facilitator (PUSPAGA) in Sidodadi Village focuses on service ethics.
