Government services, in this case sub-district employees, can use information systems presented in the form of online information systems to facilitate service and management of letters. Archives are important documents that are stored with the aim that if they are needed again they will be easy to find, so it is highly hoped that the archive management process will be carried out well, quickly and easily by utilizing currently available technology. Therefore, the website-based letter archiving information system uses E-Archive. The Sukolilo District Office is a government agency that uses the E-Archive application to archive outgoing letters from government agencies, with E-Archive this makes letters stored more safely. In carrying out this internship, the author carried out activities for archiving letters and managing documents for incoming and outgoing letters, and preparing output (final reports, activity videos, service articles). This internship activity was carried out at the Sukolilo District office, Surabaya.
