ABSTRACT
PT PAL INDONESIA is a state-owned company (BUMN). Which is located on Jalan Ujung, Kec. Semampir, Surabaya City, East Java (60155). PT PAL INDONESIA is a subsidiary of Len Industri which is engaged in shipbuilding. This service assistance uses a descriptive method approach, with the results of observations, interviews, and using case study research methods. The data and information used is primary data obtained through searching related interview literature by sources at PT PAL INDONESIA. A case study was conducted to analyze the Non-Production & Investment Procurement process at PT PAL INDONESIA. The data collected will be analyzed descriptively to identify the challenges faced and formulate appropriate strategies. Based on the results of mentoring training activities carried out by practitioners at PT PAL INDONESIA, practitioners concluded that Non-Production & Investment Procurement is an important process in the administration and management of various organizations in a company. Non-Production & Investment Procurement is the procurement of non-production goods and services to support the smooth operations of all work units whose funding sources come from RKAP (Company Work Plan and Budget).
