Abstract

Marriage is something that everyone dreams of and is a basic human need. Couples must undergo a series of tests or screening before getting married. Not only that, the Surabaya City Government (Pemkot) also provides premarital parenting education facilities for residents with Surabaya ID cards. The function of premarital parental education is not only to avoid early marriage and divorce. Guiding prospective brides and grooms to legalize marriage stems from the Surabaya city government's concern for preventing early marriage and divorce. It is hoped that this Catin class can educate prospective brides and grooms on how to form a prosperous and quality family and play a role in preventing stunting in the city of Surabaya.
