During the 40 working day internship at the East Java Provincial Social Service office, the author gained many new experiences such as new relationships, new knowledge gained, application of knowledge in the realm of community service, was able to understand the profession being undertaken during the internship, because he was taught to work with individuals or groups to complete a job. As well as gaining various hard-skill and soft-skill experiences. The author feels that the writer's knowledge and skills have increased after the internship activities that have been carried out. Also, the work and services provided by East Java Provincial Social Service employees are quite good.
