Abstract

Accessibility is closely related to public transportation, namely it is a means of advancing the economic welfare of society, creating and increasing economic status, and is also a precursor sector to other sectors. Therefore, people with disabilities also have the right to receive the same services in public transportation as an effort to realize equality, equality of citizens and increase the role of people with disabilities. This research aims to analyze the accessibility of public transportation for people with disabilities in Indonesia. This research uses a type of normative research which is legal research which aims to find legal rules, legal principles and various legal doctrines that are useful for answering and providing explanations regarding issues. the law at hand.
