OVERVIEW

The “International Conference on Innovation and Community Engagement” serves as a platform for scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and community leaders to converge and explore innovative solutions for sustainable community development. Recognizing the pivotal role of innovation and community engagement in addressing contemporary societal challenges, this conference aims to foster dialogue, exchange knowledge, and catalyze collaborative initiatives that empower communities worldwide.

  1. Innovation for Social Impact: Exploring novel approaches, technologies, and strategies that drive positive social change and address pressing community needs.

  3. Entrepreneurship and Economic Empowerment: Examining how entrepreneurial initiatives, small businesses, and social enterprises contribute to community resilience, job creation, and economic development.
  4. Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship: Investigating innovative practices and policies that promote environmental conservation, sustainable resource management, and climate resilience at the community level.

Note: Full paper submission is optional but highly encouraged.

 

  • STEP 1 (Submit Abstract):The corresponding author must collect and enter the following information for the abstract submission. Submit your abstract by clicking the link.
  • STEP 2 (Review & Decision):Following review by editorial board, you will receive Letter of Acceptance with guidelines to prepare full paper (optional) & conference ID.
  • STEP 3 (Registration):With your abstract/full paper approved, you can now start to register for the conference.

AUTHOR(S) GUIDELINES

  1. Medium of conference: English is the conference's official language; the paper should be written and presented in both English.
  2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper): Full paper is requested if you are also considering publishing your paper(optional).
  3. Ethical Standards: Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research findings, experimental or theoretical, and should not be considered for publication elsewhere. We strongly believe that ethical behaviour is the essential virtue of any academic. Consequently, any act of plagiarism is entirely inappropriate academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
  4. Presentation Category:
    • Oral/Virtual Presentation: Opportunity to do a Oral/Live-Stream Presentation at the Conference.
    • E-poster Presentation: E-poster presentations are like digital versions of traditional posters, displayed on a computer screen.
    • Pre-Recorded Video Presentation: Authors unable to attend the live session can present their work via a pre-recorded .mp4 format.
  5. Submission Guidelines:
    • Full paper Submission: Submit the full paper only if the committee has officially accepted your abstract. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.

 

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

After receiving the acceptance notice for your paper, you can proceed to make your payment via Bank transfer/Online. Please be aware that payment is mandatory for each submission and should be finalized prior to the registration deadline.

 

Important Note:

  • Payment must be made soon after acceptance announcement.
  • Delegates should bear the Service Charges (if any) of the bank on the Sender’s Side with registration fees.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable in case of not attending the conference or withdrawing the paper.

Presenter: 500K IDR

Student Presenter: 350K IDR

On Site Participant: 250K IDR

International Community Service Fee: 500K IDR

BENEFITS OF ATTENDING ON SITE

Conference registration fee includes seminar kit, e-printed program book, admission to all technical sessions, tea break, lunch, and certificate, and best paper awards.

 

NOTE

  • Your acceptance will be cancelled and the publication will be placed on hold if it is not made with full payment.
  • Publication of full papers will be recommended but are not guaranteed to be published in the journals (depends on paper quality and under editor review process)
  • The registration fee received is non-refundable.

Presenters who will not be able to perform a live presentation via Zoom must prepare a pre-recorded video presentation. You can also use the two-step method: Create a Voice Over PowerPoint and convert to MP4 video.

 

TENTATIVE CONFERENCE PROGRAM

These programs are subject to change. Final conference program will be sent to all participants 10 days before the conference. A more detailed program will be updated closer to the conference day.
