Abstract

Children are a gift from God, which should be maintained with dignity and honor like adults. Crimes against children often occur, one of which is the act of kidnapping a child. Kidnapping of children is carried out by a person who has no right for the purpose of stating that the person is under pressure from other kidnappers. Often a kidnapper has a target that the child is used as a victim. In reality, children cannot protect themselves from the dangers that threaten them. Therefore, the role of parents and the state in enforcing the law against perpetrators of criminal acts of child abduction must be given more attention. Because this problem continues to occur, causing children to die. Regarding the imposition of sanctions against the perpetrators of these crimes must be clear and convincing in the eyes of the law.
