JAMINAN PERLINDUNGAN TERHADAP KORBAN KEKERASAN SEKSUAL DALAM METODE RESTORATIVE JUSTICE

Abstract

Restorative Justice in the Indonesian definition is defined as restorative justice. The meaning is broader in the meaning of restorative justice, which is a criminal act which ends in a recovery/redemption of the wrongdoing to the victim's family in a familial way, with the aim that there are no legal problems for its continuation and by way of an agreement between two parties (perpetrator and victim). ). The aim of this research is expected to be more effective and also shorter work, and this is a long-term goal of the justice system in Indonesia. The short-term goal of this research is to find the root cause of the regulation of legal justice itself. The juridical normative is used in this research and is carried out with a qualitative descriptive method, namely by collecting legal materials, sorting, analyzing, which ultimately finds the relevant legal norms and also knows the normative ideas.
