PERLINDUNGAN HAK ASASI MANUSIA BAGI MASYARAKAT YANG TERKENA PENGGUSURAN SECARA PAKSA

Abstract

Indonesia often carries out infrastructure development, for example such as road construction, widening roads, construction of toll roads, construction of new roads and so on, this development is carried out in order to tidy up the city and beautify, for example so that community mobility can travel smoothly without traffic jams, and others, but usually this development causes problems or conflicts in the construction of this infrastructure, sometimes people feel disadvantaged by the development and do not get protection, because many carry out evictions by force, minimal communication and socialization causes problems. To prevent problems in the development of this infrastructure, communication and socialization should be carried out on the land to be built, deliberation with the local government and the community, compensation for appropriate losses to the people affected by the evicted land. This study aims to determine the protection of human rights for people affected by land evictions in order to get a decent life.
