Abstract

This study aims to find out the Economic and Social Rights, especially in the Right to Education within the scope of the Right to Education. This type of research is normative legal research that specifically discusses human rights in the field of education. The right to education is one of the fulfillment of human rights, the right to education is aimed at guaranteeing free primary school education and proper educational facilities. In the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, the government made policies for online learning and held limited offline learning by complying with the health protocols set by the government.
