Penerapan Sanksi Pembalasan di Arab Dalam Konvensi Anti Penyiksaan

Abstract

Human Rights uphold equality in all circles without exception, even criminals, a criminal must be rewarded for his actions. Retribution in the form of sanctions is about how a person does not repeat his actions, on the other hand there are retaliatory sanctions, for example retaliatory sanctions imposed in Arabia according to the anti-torture convention can only apply if the perpetrator commits a type of human rights violation that is classified as serious. In the international anti-torture convention, it is also necessary to pay attention to the condition that the perpetrator is sentenced to retaliatory sanctions in the form of physical sanctions which can be called sanctions that torture the perpetrators with the aim of deterring the perpetrators from repeating the same mistakes. In the slightest form, the law must be enforced. Justice applies to all without exception.
