This study discusses the protection of the incumbency to job for individual with disabilities. In writing the study, individual on disabilities also had the same incumbency as non-disabled employee, in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Journal 28D paragraph (2) make sure that human had the right to job and get the fair for proper compensation also implication in an working relationship. . So human with disabilities also have the incumbency to working without intimidations. The country also had an rule for fulfill the incumbency of people with disabilities, especially to get a job. Juridice No. 8 of 2016 speaks about Persons with Disabilities Article 11 letter (g) states to have the opportunity to develop a career path and all the normative rights inherent in it. Private organizations and state-owned enterprises are required to employ at least 1% of people with disabilities and companies that already employ people with disabilities are ruled in Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower Article 67 paragraph (1) states that employers who employ employee with disabilities are obliged to provide protect according to the type of disability.
