Hukum Perkawinan yang Berkaitan dengan Kasta dalam Perspektif Hukum dan HAM

Abstrak

This study aims to determine how human rights apply to marriages with caste differences.  The research method used is normative research with library research.  The results of the study indicate that in human rights everyone is the same without any difference, so a different caste marriage is a discriminatory marriage and is included in the violation of human rights.
