Perlindungan HAM Terhadap Mahasiswi Korban Pelecehan Seksual di Lingkungan Kampus

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make a decision. Importance.of sexual harassment, how to protect and provide justice for victims and law enforcement against perpetrators of sexual harassment. This Studies use  normative criminal methods or library regulatory studies, especially those conducted with the help of the management of library materials or secondary data. Based on the.results of the literature study, it was found that sexual harassment is an act of forced sexual assault on the victim, which generally occurs in women. Of course, this action has a legal basis that regulates it, including the Criminal Code, Article 24 of the Law. Perpetrators of sexual harassment must of course be punished according to the applicable law. And for the victims, assistance is needed to overcome the impacts experienced both physically and psychologically.
