Abstract

The right of every citizen to live a healthy life, as stated in Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, that everyone has the right to an adequate life for health and well-being in life for themselves and their families. The National Health Insurance Program is organized according to the principle of national insurance, to support the National Health Insurance program, the government established health insurance namely BPJS which was ratified on October 29, 2011 and formulated into Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning BPJS. Taking this theme means how the government in taking the national Health Insurance policy through BPJS health. In this research, the writer uses the literature. The results of this study ensure that the National Health Insurance policy is a policy in the health sector through BPJS.
