Abstract

The implementation of online administration and information technology (IT) is a crucial step for companies to enhance efficiency and service quality. This community service aims to optimize the implementation of online administration and IT at CV Rizki Barokah. The approach includes evaluating existing IT infrastructure, identifying company needs, implementing appropriate technological solutions, and providing intensive training to employees to enhance their digital literacy. This implementation strategy successfully improved operational efficiency, reduced data processing time, and enhanced customer satisfaction with faster and more accurate services. By effectively integrating online administration and information technology, CV Rizki Barokah achieved significant performance improvements and is prepared to face future competitive challenges.
