Abstract
Implementing an internship program is very important because the competency gap between graduates from the world of higher education and the world of work is being narrowed. So, the way to overcome this gap is through an internship program. The aim of this independent internship program is that students can have the opportunity to apply the theory learned during lectures in direct work situations, preparing students to enter the world of work. The Independent Internship Program will be implemented at CV Menang Jaya Surabaya from January 8 2024 to February 23 2024. The author is placed in the marketing section of the Digital Marketing division. The digital marketing division has the task of marketing products, increasing brand awareness, analyzing the market. By using the method of Managing Marketing Strategy, Managing Market Opportunities, Social Media Specialist (Social Media Specialist) Search Engine Optimization (SEO), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Email Marketing. at CV Menang Jaya Surabaya for Digital Marketing Strategy Using Social Media in Sales gave positive results for me and the Company, by focusing on increasing brand awareness, the CV Menang Jaya team and I managed to increase sales by 30% from the previous month, and I got a lot new knowledge about the world of digital marketing, new experiences, direct practice in running projects and events, new relationships and friends.
